Service & Repair
Follow these steps to review services offered, and order in-warranty and out-of-warranty service.
  1. Select the type of CDI torque tool to be repaired from the list below, and click on “Schedule this repair”
  2. Fill-in the requested information, then press “Add to Cart”. Orders can be edited before final “Check Out”
    Note: If service is requested under warranty, a copy of the original purchase receipt showing first date of purchase must be included with the tool.
  3. Follow the above process until all tools are entered in the Shopping Cart. Then press “Check Out”
  4. A packing slip with Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, and ship-to address, will be generated in PDF form. Print the packing slip and include the packing slip on top, inside the box.
  5. Ship the tools prepaid to the CDI Factory Service Center.
  6. Must be registered and logged on the site in order to schedule repairs.
